What is Curvectil?
Curvectil is a skin product that was designed specifically to reduce the appearance of acne scars and to rejuvinate skin cell growth around aging facial areas.
How Does it Work?
Curvectil uses a blend of clinically proven ingredients that work together to smooth,
Ingredients
Argireline ® – Argireline is a patented ingredient made form natural proteins. Argireline will actually relax facial muscles to the point of paralysis. By relaxing facial muscles, it will minimize wrinkles caused by repetitive muscle contractions. Muscle contractions are guided by a chemical reaction called the “SNAP receptor complex,” and Argireline is specifically designed to interfere with this reaction.
Derived from natural proteins, Argireline claims to actually relax facial muscles to the point of paralysis. by relaxing facial muscles, it will minimize current wrinkles caused by repetitive muscle contractions, as well as prevent new wrinkles.
CoQ10 – Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is produced by the human body and is necessary for the basic functioning of cells.
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is produced by the human body and is necessary for the basic functioning of cells. CoQ10 levels are reported to decrease with age and to be low in patients with some chronic diseases such as heart conditions, muscular dystrophies, Parkinson’s disease, cancer, diabetes, and HIV/AIDS. Some prescription drugs may also lower CoQ10 levels.
Levels of CoQ10 in the body can be incr
eased by taking CoQ10 supplements, although it is not clear that replacing “low CoQ10″ is beneficial.
CoQ10 has been used, recommended, or studied for numerous conditions, but remains controversial as a treatment in many areas.
Co-enzyme Q10 has two important roles: it is an essential part of the cellular respiration system located in the mitochondria, and it is an antioxidant. CoQ10 improves both the rate and efficiency of energy production in the cells, including the skin and at the same time protects mitochondria from free radicals. CoQ10 is sometimes called a “biomarker of aging” because its level correlates so well with aging.
In most people over thirty, levels of CoQ10 in the skin is below optimum, resulting in a lesser ability to produce collagen, elastin and other important skin molecules. CoQ10-depleted skin may also be more prone to the damage by free radicals, which are particularly abundant with exposure of the skin to the elements. Thus, CoQ10 may boost skin repair and regeneration. Furthermore, CoQ10 is a small molecule that can relatively easily penetrate into skin cells.
Matrixyl 3000® is a combination of matrikines including Palmitoyl Oligopeptide and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide – 7, Matrixyl 3000® promotes collagen production while stimulating fibroblast cells in the skin, enabling them to significantly reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Although fibroblasts never completely lose their ability to create more collagen, the levels dwindle with age and the skin dries out and wrinkles.
- Promotes collages production
- Stimulates fibroblast cells in the skin

In clinical trials, Matrixyl® 3000 achieved:
- 33% decrease in wrinkle density
- 23% decrease in the volume of wrinkles
- 20% decrease in the depth of wrinkles
Pepha® Tight
Pepha -Tight is a unique algae based skin tightener. It tightens the skin immediately and at the same time provides a long-term effect by strengthening the skin’s connective tissue. As shown in in vitro studies, PEPHA-TIGHT protects skin cells from oxidative stress and increases simultaneously the formation of collagen-I.
- Shows a noticeable instant tightening effect and smoothing of fine wrinkles
- Strengthens the connective tissue by increasing the formation of collagen-I
- Acts preventively as a protection shield against oxidative stress

Hyaluronic Acid - Hyaluronic acid occurs in abundant amounts in many of the places people with connective tissue disorders have problems such as the joints, the eyes, the skin and heart valves. Hyaluronic acid is needed to cushion and lubricate joints, eyes, skin and heart valves. People with connective tissue disorders and related features all seem to have abnormalities of hyaluronic acid. In every study I found that analyzed hyaluronic acid levels in people with connective tissue disorders or erlated disorders, when compared to controls they always had hyaluronic acid abnormalities. HA is influenced by nutrition and other enviornmental factors. Many of the features of premature aging syndromes and connective tissue disorders are also known to be caused by nutritional deficiencies, and not suprisingly these are often the same nutritional factors that influence the manufacture of hyaluronic acid. My theory is tha thtis is not all one big coincidence. Logically, it is more likely to be a predictable sequence of causes and effects. Hyaluronic acid is being used commercially or experimentally to correct a large portion of the problems found in connective tissue disorders such as fractures, eye disorders, poor wound healing and prematurely wrinkled skin. It woul dbe highly logical to consider the possibility that hyaluronic acid works to correct these problems because defects or deficiencies of hyaluronic acid are what caue these problems in the first place. Perhaps controlling or optimizing the environmental factors, such as modifying ones diet, to optimize hyaluronic acid levels would be helpful in treating many inherited connective tissue disorders and premature aging syndrome.
DMAE – DMAE is a short for dimethylaminoethanol, a naturally occurring substance that facilitates the synthesis of a neurotransmitter acetycholine. DMAE also may stimulate the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine, an important component of cell membranes.
R-ALA – Lipoic acid is a well-known natural substance found in certain foods and also produced in the human body. It has an impressive array of potentially beneficial mechanisms of action:
- Lipoic acid is a potent and versatile antioxidant.
- It is a co-factor in a key biochemical pathway responsible for energy production in the cells (citric acid cycle).
- It inhibits cross-linking which is the formation of chemical bridges between proteins or other large molecules. Cross-linking contributed to the aging process by causing hardening of arteries, wrinkling of the skin and stiffening of joints.
- It has moderate anti-inflammatory effect.
- Finally, it has a capacity, albeit a modest one, to neutralize and remove from the body a variety of toxic metals.
Vitamin C-Ester
Shea Butter- Shea Butter can provide relief from everything from just dry skin to many minor dermatological diseases (if you have a serious skin condition, you should see a doctor). It has been clinically shown to:
- Help restore elasticity to skin
- Reduce blemishes and scarring
Grapeseed Oil – Grape seed oil is a preferred cosmetic ingredient for damaged and stressed tissues, possessing regenerative and restructuring qualities which allow for strong control of skin moisturization. It can help skin retain the normal structure of epithelium cells and nerve cells via supporting the cell membranes. It is noted to be especially effective for repair of the skin around the eyes. Used as an all-over skin moisturizer, grape seed oil is known to reduce the look of stretch marls. A light, thin oil, grape seed oil leaves a glossy film over the skin when used as a carrier oil for essential oils in aromatherapy. It contains more linoleic acid than many other carrier oils. Grape seed oil is also usable as a lubricant for face shaving. In addition, grape seed oil applied to the feet each morning clears up many foot problems such as itching, scaly flaking and odor.
Has emollient and film-forming virtues.
Avocado Oil – Avocado oil is one of the natural oils that is the most easily absorbed by the skin and transported deep into the tissue. Its wonderful emollient and hydrating properties makes it ideal for dry, dehydrated or mature skins. Furthermore, it also helps to relieve the dryness and itching of psoriasis and eczema. In a study done at the Department of Food Engineering and Biotechnology, Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in 1991, it was found that avocado oil significantly increases the amount of collagen in the skin – which normally is under attack as we grow older.
Aloe Vera Juice
Jojoba Oil – Jojoba (pronounced ho-HO-ba) is a botanical extract of the seed of the jojoba tree (Simmondsia chinenis). What’s interesting about it is that it isn’t actually an oil, but rather what they call a wax ester. Why do we care? Because out of all of the compounds in nature, this wax ester is the most similar to human skin oil (sebum). It is theorized that applying jojoba to the skin can “trick” the skin into thinking it is producing enough oil, thus balancing oil production. The bottom line for us is that jojoba oil is non-comedogenic so we can use it without fear.
Lavender Oil
Carrot Seed Oil – Carrot seed is a premier skin healing oil, regularly included in blends for dry and mature skin. The oil’s high carotol content gives it its skin-rejuvenative properties.
Bergamot Oil
Wheat Germ Oil
Chamomile Oil
Vitamin E Oil
